Horizon Next's founder migrated from India to Australia and spent two decades in enterprise consulting with Deloitte and Accenture, across Australia and India, before taking Australian citizenship. He understands the process he advises on — its costs, its timelines, and its uncertainty — from having been through it.
In 2024 he completed the Graduate Diploma of Australian Migration Law and Practice at Griffith University, the postgraduate qualification prescribed for Australian migration practice. The certificate and course details are published on the Credentials page for anyone who wishes to verify them.
Much of the migration industry is built on volume: as many cases as possible, fees disclosed in stages, and assessments shaped by what a prospective client hopes to hear. Horizon Next is structured differently. Fees are published in full before any engagement. Every matter is assessed and prepared by the founder personally. And no assessment is softened in order to win an engagement.
That structure has a natural consequence. Detailed, personal preparation limits how many cases the practice can carry, so intake is deliberately selective:
We decline more cases than we accept.
Where our assessment is that an application should not proceed, we say so, with reasons. We consider that conclusion as valuable as any application we help prepare: it protects clients from application fees, lost time, and refusal records that would follow them into future applications.
