Are you a registered migration agent?

No. Horizon Next's founder is not a registered migration agent. He is Australian-qualified, holding the Graduate Diploma of Australian Migration Law and Practice, and provides services from India, where registration is not required. Registration with OMARA (the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority) is planned. We state this openly so that you know exactly whose advice you are engaging.

Who handles my case?

The founder. Every consultation, assessment package, and retained engagement is assessed and prepared by him personally; work is not delegated to junior staff.

Can you guarantee my visa?

No, and no adviser can. Visa decisions are made by the Australian Government. What we provide is a considered, honest assessment of your position — including, where warranted, the advice that you should not apply.

Why is the first consultation paid?

A paid consultation allows us to give you a genuine professional assessment rather than a sales conversation. The fee is credited in full toward a retainer commenced within 30 days.

What does the eligibility tool do with my information?

The self-assessment runs entirely on your device, and none of your answers are transmitted to us. If you choose to email yourself the results, we receive your email address and the results summary only.

Do you handle student or visitor visas?

No. The practice is limited to skilled, employer-sponsored, partner, and review matters.

Where are you located, and do I need to come to Pune?

The practice operates from Pune, India, and serves clients worldwide by video. In-person consultations are available in Pune.

What if my visa has been refused before?

Raise it with us early: deadlines for merits review are short and strictly applied. Refusals and reviews are a core part of the practice — see the guide to refusals and review strategy in the visa library.
