We collect as little as possible, and the eligibility tool is built so that your answers never leave your browser.
The eligibility tool
The self-assessment runs entirely on your device. Your answers, your score, and your results are not transmitted to us or to anyone else. If you choose to email yourself your results, we receive your email address and the results summary only — never your raw answers.
What we collect
Email addresses you submit voluntarily (results email, correspondence); booking details you provide when scheduling a consultation; and information you share with us during an engagement, which is handled under our written agreement and kept confidential.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage — page views and tool completion rates, not individual identities. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share personal information.
Your rights
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact details are provided at booking and in all correspondence.
