Terms of service
The terms on which Horizon Next provides consultations, assessment packages, and retained engagements.
Services
Consultations are 60-minute advisory sessions with the founder, delivered via Zoom or in person in Pune. The Assessment, Consultation & Pathway package includes a full assessment prepared by the founder from your documents, a consultation, and a written pathway report. Retained engagements are scoped and priced in a fixed-fee written agreement after a consultation.
Fees and payment
All fees are stated before you commit. Bookings are made by enquiry: you receive a personal reply with available times and payment details, and payment confirms the booking. Consultation fees are credited in full toward a retained engagement commenced within 30 days of the consultation. Fees are for professional services rendered, not for visa outcomes.
Cancellation
Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellation and refund terms are presented at booking and confirmed in writing.
Scope and honesty
We decline cases we cannot serve honestly, including matters requiring misrepresentation and timelines we cannot meet. If during an engagement it becomes clear that no realistic pathway exists, we advise you of that conclusion promptly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Formal terms, including dispute resolution, are set out in the written agreement provided before any retained engagement.
