Scope of practice
The practice limits its intake so that each case receives detailed, personal preparation. Within that intake, we act on skilled, employer-sponsored, partner, and review matters. We do not take on:
- Student and visitor visa applications
- Any matter that would require misrepresentation
- Engagements whose timelines do not allow preparation to a proper standard
- Matters where, in our assessment, no realistic pathway exists — a conclusion we communicate at the consultation stage, before any retainer
